    Crystal Springs Golf Course was designed by William Herbert Fowler, a noted British golf architect who pioneered in designing courses that naturally followed the lay of the land.

    At 6,628 yards, this par-72 course offers you a true championship test with a slope of 124 from the back tees. But if you play from the middle or forward tees, you’ll find Crystal Springs manageable and enjoyable for all skill levels. Among the tests you will face are well-bunkered greens and rolling hillsides that will amaze you with their uneven lies. The course generally slopes downward toward the reservoir.

    The Head Golf Professional promotes the game of golf though careful development of an operational structure and programs that provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Success in this role will be measured by growth in membership and revenue and in providing the highest quality service standards for members/guests.

    The Head Golf Professional must have excellent interpersonal skills, as he/she serves as the primary liaison with the local Men’s and Ladies clubs and as coordinator of player development programs, including a junior program.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in partnership with the General Manager for the hiring, training and development of staff and for promoting company culture. The Head Golf professional manages the Golf Operations budget, creates plan for increased Golf revenue sales, develops and executes marketing and business plans and manages the tee sheet.

Qualifications
  • PGA Class A or apprentice is preferred, but not required. One to 5 years’ experience as a Head Golf Professional preferred.

Compensation
  • Annual salary range is $45,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
